Information in your enquiry
The form collects your name, email address and message and, if supplied, project type, location and preferred date. Enquiries are stored in the CMS for handling and may be forwarded to the business email address when email delivery is configured. We use them to respond, discuss a project and prepare an offer. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering general business questions. Without contact details we cannot reply. Do not submit medical information, identity documents or other sensitive information unnecessary for the project.
Security and business records
The server may record your IP address, request time, requested address and technical browser details to deliver content, diagnose errors and protect against abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, available website. Information forming part of contracts, invoices or other mandatory records is processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations.
Recipients and external services
Enquiries can be accessed by authorised people working for the business and, when necessary to provide the service, hosting, website maintenance and business email providers. Data is disclosed to competent authorities when legally required. Loading external videos and virtual tours is a separate visitor choice. Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Maps open external services that process data under their own policies. Displaying the locally stored Instagram photographs does not connect your browser to Instagram.
External content and international transfers
When embedded content loads, YouTube, Vimeo, Kuula or Meta may receive IP and browser details, set cookies and process data outside the European Economic Area. We show information and a choice before loading. Each provider's privacy policy explains its processing locations and transfer mechanisms. You can use the website without loading that content. Our Cookie policy provides further information and links to providers.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept while needed to respond and conduct related discussions. If a business relationship follows, relevant information becomes part of project or business records and is retained according to the contract, mandatory retention duties and applicable periods for legal claims. Technical logs are retained according to their security and operational purpose; records needed to investigate an incident may be retained until it is resolved. Once the purpose and obligations end, information should be deleted or anonymised. Your external-content choice is remembered in your browser for up to 180 days, unless you erase or change it sooner.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and will inform you if a lawful extension is needed. We may request proportionate identity verification to protect your information. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), independently of contacting us. The contact form does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
