Marketing and consent
An enquiry is not a marketing subscription
The contact form is used to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a newsletter or consent to promotional messages. This version of the form has no newsletter subscription. Business communication concerning your request is treated separately from promotions. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
A separate, voluntary choice
If a promotional subscription is introduced, it must clearly identify the sender, channel and purpose, remain separate and have no preselected consent. Declining promotions does not prevent an enquiry or basic website use. Unsubscribing and withdrawing marketing consent must be straightforward. For marketing-related requests, contact us through the form, telephone or business postal address.
Social networks and external content
Following a social profile does not subscribe you to this website's email newsletter. Opening Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Google Maps takes you to an external platform. Embedded videos and virtual tours can be loaded individually or controlled through Privacy settings in the footer. That setting does not consent to promotional messages.
Analytics and advertising
This version of the theme does not add analytics or advertising tags. If those tools are introduced later, the policy and choice mechanism must first reflect the actual tools, purposes and providers. Optional tracking must not activate before appropriate consent. Consent to one purpose does not automatically cover other purposes.
